The Zen rooms feature a spa bath that adds a luxurious touch to your stay, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the city.
The room decor felt a bit dated, and the shower curtain was not the most convenient option compared to a glass door.

This hotel is too far from Tallinn bus station, so it is not good idea to use it as a base for bus travels to other places in Estonia

Is ist close to the Oldtown of Tallinn
I've slept in different hotels and cities. On the prices paid for this hotel, I believe that I have been in better places. Either way - for one night was a good enough, just the breakfast though did not had a large range of fresh food and not especially appetizing. Staff courteous, rooms clean.

On arrivL we were given a room right on a main road when we had booked six months beforehand and asked for a quiet room. When we got to the room it was the size of a shoe box and you barely had space to walk around the bed. We returned to the reception and showed him the details of the room we had booked and they said spacious rooms with a lap top and flat screen. we had neither of these things in the cupboard room. The man receptionist was rude and interested and if we hadnt refused to move he would offered us another room. He tried to charge us more money but we refused. The hotel is fine ie clean but it 15 mins walk from the old town.I never moan about accommodation but it wasnt good and if you book make sure you get what they said

The room was clean and tight. The internet connection with a pc was a big plus.
There was no mini bar and it was very hot in the room. The conditioning was very bad.

I liked the cleanliness and design of the rooms which were spacious and I thought that the beds were comfortable. The hotel is an easy 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. It was great to be able to have beauty treatments at the hotel, although this was arranged by another company.
I thought the breakfast could have been better. The reception staff were not particularly helpful nor friendly e.g. when we asked if they could recommend a particular restaurant for us on the first night, they suggested walking along two streets and implied that all the restaurants would be full and that we should instead eat in the hotel's restaurant. There was an issue when checking out as the hotel's system suggested that a £2 call had been made to the US from one of our rooms when no calls had been made. In most hotels you would expect an apology for such a mistake when instead the manager was called and an investigation started which seemed a bit petty and uncommercial.

The shower gel was empty, and the water tap was ancient-not what you'd expect from a hotel like this. I was also shocked to find no welcome gift, as if i'm just another guest. It's almost as if they wanted me to be uncomfortable, totally unacceptable.
